Tuesday, November 14th
The Rum Dinner

Our first rum dinner in 2014 exceeded all expectations... The 2015 dinner was attended by twice as many guests... And our third one in 2016 sold even more tickets!

We are very fortunate to have the dinner hosted by none other than Joy Spence, the Appleton Estate Master Blender.

The Rum Dinner starts at 6:00pm for pre-dinner cocktails. Assigned seating for dinner at 6:30pm.

Wednesday, November 15th
The Whisky Dinner

With five course and six drams, this is our flagship culinary experience. Enjoy exquisite pairings of food and whisky that you will not forget.

Hosted by Martine Nouet and Pulteney Distillery Manager Malcolm Waring.

This gala event has a limited number of tickets!

Thursday, November 16th
Cooking Class (1:30-3:00pm)

Martine Nouet, The Queen of the Still, will guide us through the preparation of stunning whisky and food pairings, including some from her book, A Table.

Master Classes (5:00pm)

Our first round of Thursday Master Classes kicks off with some great spirits from around the globe.

Master Classes (7:00pm)

Round 2 of the Thursday master classes will features more great whisk(e)ys.

Friday, November 17th
SOLD OUT! The Whisky Lunch (11:45am to 1:15pm)

A gourmet lunch is a great way to kick off Festival Showcase Friday! Hosted by world-renowned food and whisky expert Martine Nouet, you will regaled with sublime pairings of food and whisky.

SOLD OUT! The Ultimate Master Class (4:30pm to 6:15pm)

Back again by popular demand after its debut in 2011, the UMC is a must for serious whisky aficionados. As a specially priced add-on to your Festival Showcase ticket, you will sample twelve desert-island drams!

$65 with a Festival Showcase Ticket. Very limited availability - tickets sold out on day-one the past three years. Ticket Info.

The UMC starts at 4:30pm Friday in the Victoria Room. Please bring both your Festival ticket and UMC ticket to the UMC registration desk at the mezzanine level for your entry passes to both the Class and the Main Showcase at 6:45pm. Tickets are not transferable (strictly enforced).

SOLD OUT! Martine & Johanne's Master Class: It's right under your nose! (6:30pm to 7:45pm)

Once again Martine Nouet & Johanne McInnis will delight lucky attendees with an educational but light and funny master class. The lovely duo will lead participants through a tasting of 6 different whiskies that showcase specific aromas and flavours that are often found and recognizable to every whisky imbiber. A combination of chemistry, mischief and poking fun at our ability to nose whiskies is to be expected and hopefully enjoyed by all.

The Festival Showcase (6:45pm to 10:00pm)

The Festival Showcase is the centerpiece of the New Brunswk Spirits Festival.

This year we will have nearly 200 spirits to be sampled, a selection a local food appetizers, and our fan-favourite cocktail table.

$85 in advance, $95 at the door. Your ticket includes a ride home. Ticket Info.

On-Site Alcool NB Liquor Boutique (6:30pm to 11:00pm)

Our event partner, Alcool NB Liquor will have an on-site store operating Friday evening so that you can pick up your favourite products right away.

This is a great opportunity to buy the perfect dram for the whisky (and other spirit) drinkers on your Christmas shopping list!

Saturday, November 18th
SOLD OUT! The Collectors (11:00am to 12:30pm)

Our Festival Chair, Frank Scott and fellow whisky collectors will present special bottles from their personal collections.

SOLD OUT! The Chairman's Dram (2:00pm to 3:30pm)

During the past two festivals, our Festival Chair, Frank Scott, pulled six rare bottles out of his collection and offered them up in a special master class.

It's hard to believe, but he is going to do it again!.

We have yet another closed distillery master class as a follow-up to the very well received Dallas Dhu and Imperial events in 2015 and 2016.

Davin wants to keep this one a secret, but rest assured you will get every cent's worth several times over.
